Website Terms of Use

Operator and scope
Montenegro Studio is the business name of Luis Guillermo Montenegro Palacio, an individual operating from Barranquilla, Colombia, and is not a separate incorporated company. Contact: luis@montenegrostudio.io or +57 300 229 4816.
These terms address use of montenegrostudio.io and its informational content. They do not replace an individually agreed project contract, a required express acceptance, or any mandatory rights.
Inquiries are not project commitments
Service descriptions, articles and portfolio examples are provided for general information. Sending a message or booking an introductory call does not purchase services, reserve production capacity, establish a delivery deadline or transfer intellectual-property rights. Inquiries and introductory bookings through this website are not charged, and the website does not collect payments.
Any paid engagement requires a separate agreement specifying scope, deliverables, price, payment, timing, revisions, cancellation, support and ownership or licensing. That agreement governs the project in the event of conflict, subject to mandatory law.
Acceptable use
Use the website for lawful browsing and genuine business inquiries. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt the site, impersonate others, infringe third-party rights or send unsolicited bulk messages. We may take reasonable steps to restrict abusive access where permitted by law.
Provide information you are entitled to share. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through the contact form.
Intellectual property
Website materials may be protected by rights held by the studio, its clients or other rights holders. Viewing a project, design or logo does not grant ownership or a licence to reproduce it commercially.
You may link to public pages and make uses permitted by law or an applicable licence. Other copying, redistribution or commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Client materials remain subject to their owners' rights; display does not imply an endorsement beyond what is expressly stated.
Submitted information
The studio may review submitted project information and use it to address your inquiry, subject to the applicable privacy authorization and any separately agreed confidentiality obligations. Submission does not transfer ownership of your materials or authorize public portfolio or testimonial use.
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe data handling. These terms do not supply blanket consent to analytics, marketing, AI processing or international transfers.
Third-party services
Webflow, Cal and other external services have their own terms and privacy practices. The studio does not control every aspect of their operation or of linked websites. A link is not a guarantee of third-party availability, security or performance. This provision does not exclude responsibilities the studio has under applicable law.
Information, availability and outcomes
We may correct errors, update content or change website features. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that general website information is suitable for every project. Information on this site is not legal, tax or financial advice.
Portfolio examples and service descriptions do not guarantee search rankings, AI recommendations, traffic, leads, conversion rates, revenue or any other business outcome. Results depend on the agreed work and factors outside the studio's control. Any express project warranties remain governed by the project agreement.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website. This does not limit liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable obligations relating to personal information or mandatory consumer protections.
These website terms do not impose a monetary liability cap on paid projects or retroactively alter a client agreement. Any negotiated allocation of project risks must be set out in the applicable contract.
Questions and applicable law
Please send concerns to luis@montenegrostudio.io so that the studio can investigate. Contacting us is not a waiver of a right to approach a competent court or regulator and does not suspend statutory deadlines.
Colombian law governs these website terms to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory protections that apply to you. These terms do not impose exclusive foreign jurisdiction, mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
Changes and severability
Changes apply prospectively and do not automatically amend existing project agreements. Where notice or express agreement is legally required, posting revised terms alone does not replace it.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive a right to enforce it later.
